How long will it take to receive my custom handcrafted shoes?

All of our product (unless otherwise stated) are made to order, meaning the item must be handmade then shipped. Normal lead time is 2-4 months although rush processing is available by special request.

Where do we ship to?

We can ship anywhere in the world. Orders within the continental US will be shipped via FedEx ground with proper insurance and signature confirmation. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express unless other shipping provider is requested by client.

Can I pay in installments or once I receive my order?

No. All payments for work are 100% upfront before any work/ digital rendering begins.

Is there a return policy?

No, all sales are final. Please be sure to give your “perfect” sizing when ordering. For full disclosure please review our terms and conditions

If I miss a limited edition release, am I still able to order the product?

No, once a style is sold out, it will not be made again in its exact original form.

Is there a good or bad time to wear my custom shoes?

Our shoes are made to quality higher than the big brands, we suggest (depending on the materials of your shoes) to wear them as you would wear any prized item. No precipitation and cautiously, you can’t clean scuffs out of alligator.

If I have a pair of shoes that I want to use for a custom, can I?

Yes, if you have a pair of shoes or soles you want to use to build your custom, send them over! We can build a concept or an idea from any sole!

Can I sit down and meet with you to design my shoes?

Yes, we are available by appointment only in NYC to design shoes in real time, $1000 downpayment is required to set up an appointment with the expectation of a 1-3 unit order.
